Processes synchronised online can also be edited offline without a connection to the network. From a wide range of mobile applications, you simply choose the ones you need for your daily work. All VitriApp applications are characterised by extremely simple navigation, uncomplicated operation and fast synchronisation.
Technical asset capture – VITRICON® TECHNIK
Everything under control: Managing buildings and technical systems is a daily challenge that demands decisions. It is essential to have current and precise data on all assets. Only then can key figures be interpreted and allow conclusions to be drawn about strengths and weaknesses.
VitriApp-Technik is the all-rounder in the field of mobile data capture. Technical systems are recorded directly on site – of course in compliance with DIN 276/277.
Mobile meter reading – VITRICON® ENERGIE
What really counts: Energy data must be recorded carefully and precisely. But it is not always worthwhile to read the meters of an extensive real estate portfolio in a fully automated way – or it is costly to overcome technical limitations. That is exactly where this app comes in!
VitriApp-Energie handles the mobile capture of meter readings of every kind. For meters that have to be read manually, this application impresses with its intuitive operation – a valuable aid for meter-reading services, energy managers, FM service providers and caretakers.
Processing and documentation of work orders – VITRICON® AUFTRÄGE
Smart checklists are important helpers, especially for all new tasks where routine is lacking. Checklists make your projects and work orders efficient and traceable, because they let you keep track at all times and know for certain what stage the project is at.
VitriApp-Aufträge records all measures in the form of checklists and thus enables the mobile processing and documentation of work orders. Every work step is logged, special incidents are recorded and then synchronised with the central database for further processing.
Capture and documentation of tree stock – VITRICON® BÄUME
Trees need care: A fact that is not only familiar to every gardener but is also laid down by law. This also serves to prevent people or objects from being harmed by trees. Our app helps with capture and care and gives you peace of mind.
VitriApp-Bäume takes the mobile capture of your tree stock in hand. Thanks to the connection to a central database, you keep an overview at all times. This enables you to document all routine inspections, traffic-safety measures and care measures in a way that is admissible in court.
Capture and inventory – VITRICON® INVENTUR
Inventory management made easy: Computers, notebooks, cameras, docking stations and much more are part of your inventory. Keeping track of it all costs time and money. But it can also be done quickly and cost-effectively – with our app!
With VitriApp-Inventar, the inventory of movable objects succeeds effortlessly. A mobile device with a QR code scanner and printer uniquely labels the objects, records them and assigns them to a location. After subsequent synchronisation, the data is available in your CAFM system VITRICON®.
Notifications – VITRICON® MELDUNGEN
For the documentation-proof handling of fault reports, defects or requests, a procurement process does not always have to be triggered. So that these small but important everyday tasks do not get lost and the quality of the facility or the company's workplaces does not suffer, our VitriApp-Meldung helps.
Notifications can be assigned to specialists easily and quickly. They receive the notification directly on their smartphone and can start work. Once the work is completed, the completed work is signalled via a status feedback, an optional work report and a signature. At the end of the day, FM managers and the reporting employee can view an overview of the fault reports that have been dealt with.
Time tracking – VITRICON® ARBEITSZEIT
The digitalisation of data capture naturally also includes the documentation of working time. As part of controlling activities, work orders and projects in facility management, it is therefore important to keep track of the resources deployed.
VitriApp-Arbeitszeit enables the simple and fast recording of time expenditure. By means of a calendar function and individual configuration of cost centres, activity fields and wage types, fast entry – whether in the office or on the move – is supported.
