The following certificates held by VITRICON® and EBCsoft GmbH document our high standards for security, recognized norms and continuous development.
Information Security
ISO/IEC 27001 is the world’s leading standard for information security management systems (ISMS). Certification by TÜV Rheinland confirms that we manage information security systematically – from risk assessment through technical and organizational measures to continuous improvement. For our customers this means: their data is protected according to internationally recognized criteria.

GEFMA 444 is the guideline of the German Facility Management Association for certifying CAFM software. Extensive test catalogs examine whether a software reliably meets the core requirements of professional facility management. The certificate confirms the functional scope, data quality and process reliability of VITRICON® in CAFM.
