Large companies are required to demonstrate their path toward sustainability and resource conservation. In accordance with the EU directive, the ESG reporting process is standardized. Most of the information needed for ESG reporting is already available in a CAFM system. In VITRICON® we have made specific additions that support your ESG reporting.
Due to remote working, actual building utilization is usually lower than planned. HVAC systems are difficult to adapt accordingly. By booking workplaces, the occupancy of buildings and rooms can be planned and calculated at short notice. With plant monitoring, limit values for outdoor air volumes or lead and lag times can be transmitted to the building automation system. This can save up to 20% of energy.
