EBCsoft Becomes Part of the Kreutzpointner Group

Everything changes in May – as of 1 May, we are starting out as part of the Kreutzpointner Group.

After a good five years within the EWERK Group, during which we were able to expand our professional services, the shares held by the EWERK Group have now been transferred to Kreutzpointner Business Software GmbH. This gives us the opportunity to bring our expertise in the digital real estate world into the entire lifecycle – from planning through to operation.

With the new VITRICON® 7, we are now launching our activities on a cloud platform that we will continue to develop together within the Kreutzpointner Group. The new features of VITRICON® 7 include, for example, a new user-friendly interface, real-time performance monitoring, high security standards in line with BSI requirements, and the ability to connect to any building automation system and IoT.

Founded in 2020 and based in Munich and Burghausen, Kreutzpointner Business Software GmbH digitalizes the construction and operation of buildings and industrial facilities. With its KENEXOS® product, the company has a mobile software solution for project and asset management in the construction and plant industry in its portfolio.
