maintenance 2025 in Munich impressively confirmed just how central the topics of maintenance, plant operation and service management currently are to industrial transformation processes. For EBCsoft GmbH, the trade fair provided a key stage to present its strategic direction together with KENEXOS® in a comprehensive way.

Over the two days of the fair, it became clear that companies from industry, energy supply and technical services are increasingly looking for holistic digital solutions that consistently connect planning, operation, maintenance and energy efficiency. This is precisely where our presence at the fair came in: by combining KENEXOS® with the VITRICON® modules, we were able to show how end-to-end, data-driven lifecycle management can be achieved today – from asset inventory and maintenance through to energy controlling and service processes.

The high quality of the professional discussions deserves particular mention. Many visitors were specifically interested in topics such as:

• digital end-to-end processes in industrial plant operation
• condition-based and predictive maintenance
• IoT and sensor integration in maintenance processes
• audit-proof documentation and digital inspection reports
• energy optimisation and data aggregation across heterogeneous asset landscapes

Our expert presentation as part of the trade fair programme also met with a strong response. There we demonstrated in a practical way how the VITRICON® modules within the KENEXOS® platform efficiently orchestrate the various phases of the technical lifecycle, and how companies can achieve measurable efficiency gains as a result.

Another highlight was the great interest in the new approach of managing industrial plants, building technology and energy flows through a shared digital platform. Many conversations revolved around concrete use cases with immediate added value, such as end-to-end service processes, automated inspection cycles or AI-supported ticket capture.
